Our mission is to prevent kidney and urinary tract diseases; improve the health and well-being of individuals and families affected by these diseases; and increase the availability of all organs for transplantation.

Our primary activities include providing patient services, community programs, public education programs, professional education, and support for disease research.

All proceeds from vehicle donations will help to fund our various programs.
