After you have completed the Enrollment form and signed the Agreement**, please mail it, plus a copy of your 501(c)(3) Determination Letter from the IRS, to Cars Helping Charities at 15723 W. Wedge Way, Morrison, CO 80465.

(**The Agreement is effective on or after July 1, 2007. If you wish to enroll before that date, please give us a call.)
