Our goal is helping you to help others in a safe environment.  Therefore, we do not disclose information about your individual visits or information that you may give us -- such as your name, phone number, and address  -- to any outside companies except for those agents we may use to complete a donation transaction that you initiate.  We specifically ask for information about you when you make donations  -- such as name, phone number, address and perhaps e-mail address -- in order to better provide our service to you.  This information will be used solely for the purposes of administering our vehicle donation program and in completing your vehicle donation.

When you make a donation, Cars Helping Charities will receive the information you provide and will retain your name and address, and information about the donated vehicle in order to comply with all IRS recordkeeping requirements.
